Ryan Klaveano

Ryan Klaveano is President of the Agribusiness Retail & Wholesale business line, bringing the best of Wilbur-Ellis to the farm gate. He is responsible for managing $2.5B in sales annually and operations for more than 150 ag retail and wholesale locations.

Klaveano joined Wilbur-Ellis in 2015 as an Area Sales Manager in eastern Washington and was promoted to Director of Sales for the PNW before becoming the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Starting his career at Syngenta in the mid-90s, Klaveano held multiple positions in sales management, marketing, and global brand management, including three years in Switzerland at Syngenta corporate headquarters where he managed one of the company’s largest global brands.

He holds an MBA from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Idaho.

Klaveano resides in eastern Washington (Palouse) with his wife, Kara, near the wheat farm where he grew up and where his family continues to farm today. He is a proud father of two, both Purdue graduates who also work in the ag industry at BASF and John Deere. In his free time, Ryan enjoys Idaho Vandal sports, the Seattle Seahawks, the Purdue Boilermakers, and playing a few rounds of golf.
